We are a member-owned private community. The board of directors is made up of property owners elected by the members.

Architectural Control Committee

The function of the ACC is to enforce the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions and the ACC “Rules & Regulations.” Before beginning a home construction or renovation project, call the Community Services office at (864) 391-4126.
