Fridays at Four/Tapas | January 5 and January 12



Join Us for Fridays @4 and Tapas
 
Join us for Fridays @ 4 from 4-7 p.m. this Friday at the River Grille
as the Food & Beverage team prepares a wonderful new
tapas menu (see below). Reservations are not needed for
Fridays @ 4 and tapas. Regular menu also will be served during this time.

ABOUT TAPAS
The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation, because people
are not so focused on eating an entire meal that is set before them. In some
countries it is customary for diners to stand and move around while eating tapas. Fridays @ 4 is the perfect setting for a tapas menu, as it is designed to be a
social setting that spurs conversation.

Friday, January 5 and January 12

  Shrimp and Chorizo - $6.99

Wild caught Carolina shrimp sautéed with Chorizo sausage, and caramelized Vidalia onions

  Open Faced Crab Empanadas - $6.99
Blue Crab with a zesty tomato sauce, sautéed peppers, and onions on top of our homemade puff pastry

Goat Cheese, Fennel and Roasted Red Pepper Tart - $6
Small tart shells filled with goat cheese, roasted fennel and red peppers
