a Big Emphasis for New Menu
Savannah Lakes Village will debut exciting new menus
today, Wednesday, May 17 at our River Grille.
There will be new additions to the River Grille lunch menu, plus new entrees for the dinner menu.
Chef John and his Food & Beverage Services team have worked on creating fresh new dishes for Savannah Lakes Village members and their guests.
"When I designed this menu, I started with the thought process of using locally sourced products," Chef John said."Then, I look at what time of year it is and what food goes well with warmer temperatures in the summer."
He said that once he has these factors weighed in, he uses creative variations and techniques that he has learned over the years - along with feedback from members.
The River Grille dinner menu sees the addition of grilled chicken pasta, spring pasta primavera, pan seared sea scallops, grilled sirloin, Adluh cornmeal dusted snapper and bourbon-glazed grilled chicken.
The River Grille lunch menu sees the addition of a flat bread pizza, cranberry turkey hoagie, roast beef wrap and a rueben. In addition, there is a fajita salad and
gem wedge salad now on the menu.
