Fridays at Four/Tapas

Join Us for Fridays @4 and Tapas
Join us for Fridays @ 4 from 4-7 p.m. this Friday at the River Grille
as the Food & Beverage team prepares a wonderful new
tapas menu (see below). Reservations are not needed for
Fridays @ 4 and tapas. Regular menu also will be served during this time.

Plan to stay for dinner? Please call 391-4163 for reservations.

The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation, because people
are not so focused on eating an entire meal that is set before them. In some
countries it is customary for diners to stand and move around while eating tapas. Fridays @ 4 is the perfect setting for a tapas menu, as it is designed to be a
social setting that spurs conversation.

  Albondigas - $5

Lamb meatballs with a spicy tomato sauce manchego.

  Roasted Beet Salad - $6
Roasted beets on a bed of mixed greens and a yogurt vinagretta and toasted walnuts.

Marinated Mushrooms - $5
Marinated button mushrooms topped with an herb infused goat cheese and served on a bed of mixed greens.
