Fridays at Four/Tapas



Join Us for Fridays @4 and Tapas
 
Join us for Fridays @ 4 from 4-7 p.m. this Friday at the River Grille
as the Food & Beverage team prepares a wonderful new
tapas menu (see below). Reservations are not needed for
Fridays @ 4 and tapas. Regular menu also will be served during this time.

ABOUT TAPAS
The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation, because people
are not so focused on eating an entire meal that is set before them. In some
countries it is customary for diners to stand and move around while eating tapas. Fridays @ 4 is the perfect setting for a tapas menu, as it is designed to be a
social setting that spurs conversation.

Friday, September 8 and September 15

 
Manchengo Cheese, Chorizo - $5.95
Served with fresh grilled baguette slices

  Spanish Grilled Eggplant - $5.95
Marinated in olive oil, fresh garlic, sea salt and herbs. Grilled and topped with diced tomato concasse mixed with fresh goat cheese and tossed in homemade tomato vinaigrette.

Salmon Ahumado - $6.95
Smoked salmon on a baguette toast point topped with a cracked pepper infused cream cheese. Served with a fresh lemon twist.
