Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a series of slow, fluid movements using ancient Chinese martial arts forms that provide gentle exercise, relax the mind and improve balance, flexibility and coordination. Using a full range of motion, Tai Chi is a slow-moving meditation, where the movements take on the appearance of a dance. These exercises are particularly beneficial to seniors in reducing age-related deterioration and promoting health and well-being.
